Custom Wheel Decals

Add a personal touch to your wheels with custom Flat Out Graphics decals! If your caps have a flat surface - or you've picked up blank caps from Amazon/eBay - this is the right place.

Each decal is made from high-quality outdoor 3M or Avery vinyl and finished with jewelry-grade epoxy resin for durability.

⚠️ The surface of your center caps must be completely flat for proper adhesion and the resin needs to be heated up with a hair dryer or heat gun before applying them to your caps.

NOTE: Choosing the same color background and brand logo will result in a blank cap - with only a solid color and no visible logo.

Pricing: The base price includes up to two colors (background and logo). Each additional color beyond two is $15. Artwork design, recreation, and customization is subject to additional design fees based on complexity - please email for a custom quote.

How To Order, and Design & Colors:
Use the Background Color and Logo Color selectors above to choose your vinyl colors - refer to the color chart if you'd like to see swatches first. For anything beyond a simple two-color logo, please provide detailed color instructions along with your detailed logo request, and email your artwork or design reference to jen@flatoutgfx.com afterward to help avoid delays.

If there is a color not shown here, I can order the exact color you want for an additional fee for materials - let me know, and I'll be happy to get the exact shade you need!

Production Time:
Because these caps are fully custom and hand-made, production time is currently 1-2 weeks depending on design. Your patience is very much appreciated!

Note: Complex designs requiring additional colors or fine details may take longer to complete.

Due to the custom nature of these items, returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

🔧 Surface Preparation

Proper surface prep is the single most important step for a lasting bond. Follow these steps before applying your decal:

• Confirm flat surface: Lay a straight edge across the cap face. Any curve or recess will prevent proper adhesion - these decals are designed for completely flat cap surfaces only.
• Clean thoroughly: Wipe the cap surface with isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher) to remove all wax, grease, brake dust, and fingerprints. Use a lint-free cloth.
• Dry completely: Allow the surface to air-dry for at least 60 seconds before proceeding. Do not touch the cleaned area.
• Room temperature: Work in a warm environment (65°F / 18°C or above). Cold surfaces reduce epoxy adhesion.

🌡️ Heat Activation & Application

The jewelry-grade epoxy resin dome needs to be warmed before application to ensure a strong, bubble-free bond.

1. Warm the decal: Using a hair dryer or heat gun on low, hold it 4–6 inches from the decal surface for 10–15 seconds until the resin is warm and slightly pliable to the touch. Do not overheat.
2. Position carefully: Center the decal on the cap face before pressing down - the warmed resin grips quickly.
3. Press firmly: Apply firm, even pressure across the entire decal surface for 30 seconds. 
4. Cure time: Avoid washing, wetting, or mounting the wheels for at least 24 hours to allow the resin to fully cure and bond.

🎨 Artwork Submission Checklist

To avoid delays, please have the following ready before placing your order and email everything to jen@flatoutgfx.com right after checkout:

• ☐ Logo file or detailed photo/screenshot of the desired design - vector preferred (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or high-res .PNG with transparent background at 300 dpi or higher)
• ☐ Color details - specify background color and logo color using the selectors on this page; note any additional colors with Pantone or hex codes if you have them
  
• ☐ Cap diameter - measure your center cap face in mm so sizing can be confirmed
• ☐ Order number - include your Shopify order number in the email subject line to link your artwork to your order

Design work will not begin until your artwork and all required details are received. Orders missing artwork after 7 days may be cancelled and refunded. Additional design fees will apply as indicated above - you will be notified via email before work begins if your design requires additional payment.
